Someone called on Wednesday morning to ask if it was okay for someone to come for our "complimentary" house keeping, I asked them to come after 12 noon, they came at 11:20, I was in the shower, my 4 kids did not know what to do, the housekeeper only took out our trash, they did not vacuum or clean the bathrooms.
