2. \nWE WENT FOR SPRING TRAINING AND IT WAS 40-50 MIN AWAY FROM THE BALLPARK, BUT I THINK THE DRIVE WAS WORTH IT FOR THE COMFORT OF A SITTING AREA AND A PATIO.
