This is an older hotel that has been revamped, so in short:The Good: Excellent location, walking distance to all of downtown, restaurants, RIverside Park etc. Clean and comfy, new beds, linens, pillows, towels and bathroom fixtures etc, on par with hotels charging $120/night etc. Mini fridge/microwavethe Bad: the phrase 'putting lipstick on a pig' comes to mind.
