Most of the renovations have finished, with the
lobby
further back but very nice and modern.

Before the concert at the Bing Crosby Theater (which is within walking distance) we had appetizers and cocktails at the Sapphire Lounge which is connected thru the hotel

The Sapphire Lounge, adjacent to the
lobby
, where breakfast is offered and where a young clientele hangs in the evening hours is definitely fun and artistically designed.

Oh, and the continental breakfast is int he
lobby
that you go and fetch and return to your room, as it is about 4 square feet with no chairs etc. It is a rather skinny continental breakfast at best.

I went into the
lobby
two mornings in the row to get breakfast (which was nothing more than a 'pastry buffet') and no one was there.

There is also fantastic artwork in all the rooms and the

which really add to the modern feel.
