1. They said it was too late to change rooms, they couldn't move me to better room, nor would they refund my money so I could go to another motel because I had 'used' the room and their maids had left for the evening.

2. We, unfortunately, were there two nights and the maids did not clean our room all they did was pull the bed back together, but they did not clean the bathroom or take out the trash (makes you wonder if they even ever wash things).
