3. Then I come back to find that the toilet doesn't work - wasn't even reported by the cleaning crew and when I reported it, the front desk informed me that hotel maintenance could only take care of it the next day.

7. If you want to be in the Whitworth University area, and want to avoid driving up Division Street every day, stick to hotels near the Quality Inn/Comfort Inn/Apple Tree Inn area.
