4. I am not comfortable at fancy chain hotels, and I though this was the perfect mixture of comfortable, large, clean rooms, courteous staff, amenities (pool, wireless, on-site restaurant), and un-pretentiousness.

7. It's a large, three story, rambling place, (possibly called a 'Convention Center'?), & has most of the expected amenities (pool, exercise room, etc.).
