1. There is a large mall with plenty of shopping 2min away and it only every took us 15 min down the i90 at the most to get downtown spokane.

3. I actually think this ended up being a bonus as we didn't have to pay for any parking and felt my vehicle was safer than it would of been downtown.

4. For the neutral attributes: this is not downtown spokane, the lobby was being renovated (although this was not a really big problem), the food was good but pricey after lunch.
