1. For one notch up the luxury scale, stay across the street at the Davenport (same owner); for a quiet lobby and less hub-bub generally, choose Lusso.

Both our room and the hotel lobby were elegant and spacious and the location was great, but we encountered a number of problems:1) Rather than replace the original tall elegant single pane sash windows with double pane windows the management chose to screw the double pane windows to the inside of the single pane windows and frames.

6. We stayed on the 4th floor and heard very little road noise- the service is impeccable and the lobby very nice- I have stayed at the Davaneport and the towers - all are nice but this is more qiuet & the beds were as comfortable as the Davenport.
