1. We were greeted with warm cookies apon check in and the valets outside were friendly even thought we took our own luggage and parked our own vehicle.

I hated that the parking fee was $16 or $22 for valet (which is rediculous--the parking garage is NOT attached to the hotel and for 2 women traveling alone, arriving in the middle of the night, asking me to lug my bags back and forth from the convention center to the hotel or pay 1/4 the cost of my room rate for valet parking was just stupid).

7. You have to essentially get out of your car, walk around find someone who will then call to have the valet come to park your car (up to 20 minutes) I later learned that bell services and valet are the same person.

9. I felt bad until I was in the business center working and the valet/bellman was loudly (and profanely) carrying on about the game and their personal intimate relationships and ignoring another hapless couple trying to get their own cars valeted.
