4. I paid a rate of $70 (government rate) and think that for the location, ammenities and level of customer service, definately got a good deal.

In order to remain competitive with other hotels that have free parking, this hotel needs to work out a deal with the convention center to reduce the rates guests park, especially because many guests arrive after the convention center has closed for the day, and depart before events there begin, so hotel guests are occupying spaces that would otherwise be vacant.
