1. We have stayed at this Hampton Inn several times before & have always come back due to it's nice clean spacious rooms, quiet location, but yet minutes from Spokanes main shopping malls etc. This trip however, I must extend a sincere & heartfelt thanks to staff members Jonna, Aaron & Barbara who went over & above the call of duty when we accidently left a retainer in a napkin in the restaurant.

10. Did not feel worried in the slightest about leaving our car loaded in the parking lot overnight, the location of the hotel felt more residential than on a busy main artery, so it gave us more of a secure feeling.
