1. The complimentary breakfast is not just a donut and coffee, and is not the same every day, offering such choices as omelets, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, as well as what every other place calls standard, the bagels, breakfast rolls, juices, cereals and so on.

2. The Hampton offers a complimentary park and fly service for up to two weeks (the other hotel required us to upgrade our room upon arrival in order to qualify for their 'free' service).

From the moment of arrival, we were treated fabulously, addressed by name, noted our loyalty status, asked where we wanted to stay (floor level, close to the indoor pool), arranged for complimentary transportation to the airport, access to business center and computer, all within the first few minutes.
