1. We needed to check-in later (after 9pm) and the hotel receptionist provided a message with instructions of how to get to the room and check-in only in the next day, in case the reception would be closed at our arrival.

2. We arrived a little ahead of schedule but the manager was kind enough to let us check-in early which was appreciated and the room was good sized, decent shower and it was clean.

3. Check-in went smoothly and they even let me check-out the room first (as they have different layouts) and it looked just fine.
