Good things: pleasant check in, clean/nice lobby, large pool in center courtyard area, rooms are refurbed, mini-coffee pot in room, new vanities and tile in bathroom, nice bedding and pillows, free internet, free parking, fairly convenient to Santa Barbara and the Goleta Beach Park, 40 minutes from Los Olivos wineries, Denny`s across the street.

6. Bad things: exterior of building looks like it used to be a Days Inn or Motel 6, exterior hallways and people parking 10 feet from your room, no fridge in the room, wifi reception 14 mbps & weak, bathrooms have little privacy because of a modern sliding glass door.

7. Our room was on the bottom floor, facing the parking lot and at 11:30 p.m. we were treated to a large and very loud group having a good old time right outside our door.
