We arrived after a 7 hour drive in Santa Barbara at the Marina Beach Motel, to the desk clerk saying "Your reservations are next week", this was our Anniversay trip that we make yearly, we had made the reservations over the phone the previous week, he said that he remembered taking the reservations, but my husband said he spoke to a female, the man was lying, and it was obvious, they must have gotten more money for the room and just decied to lie to us and bump us off.
