3. Upon our arrival, our baby was given two beannie babies, and we were upgraded to a lovely cottage with a crib ready, baby bath products and diapers nicely presented.

5. Our bathroom for instance had a large antechamber for make up purposes and within its own depths huge his and hers basins; a tub the size of the Grand Canyon; a shower with power, rainfall and steam settings; permanently heated floor tiles and huge bath robes.

8. The personnel did everything to help us with our baby (bringing us nappies, special baby bath gel, baby wipes, a fridge to store the baby's food) and made the experience very valuable as new parents.
