1. Even if you need to be downtown a bit - it only took me 20 min (not traffic hour) but the cost was probably a third of what you would pay at an 'upscale' hotel or a decent hotel downtown.

2. They told me they will be updating the rooms next year so, at that time, the hotel will be a 4 star hotel for the cost of a 2 star.
