5. we arrived very late no bath towels phone didn't work i had to go from the 3rd floor and the very back of motel to lobby parking very very tight!second night fridge was buzzing loud had to unplug which unplgged TV then maid didn't leave any wash clothes this time at least they fixed the phone room needed vacuming, room very muggy.
