1. Private parking in front of your unit on the pier is great and a semi private patio with a table, 4 chairs and 2 chaise lounges with pads is a plus.

3. Our cottage was a one bedroom with a living room and kitchen and we could sit on the sofa and look out the patio door onto the ocean and even see the surfers.

4. There were some aesthetics that needed attention on the roof of our patio and in the bathroom and of course, rust is just part of being on the ocean, so you will see fixtures and appliances suffering from the elements.

6. Don't expect much privacy in the numbered units as the patios all open on to eachother and you can see your neighbors.
