1. I will help you justifying it by saying it is not your run of the mill experience, and you can save money by eating food you make rather than eating out all of your vacation.

2. If they are closed by the city, they should have had the courtesy to warn the customers & refund the money to those who are not brave enough to stay out on the pier in defiance of the city order.
