1. We were greeted in a friendly manner at the front desk, checked in and out quickly, and all the staff was genuinely friendly, including housekeeping.

10. The other reviews have already covered the important things - great location, great service, terrific housekeeping, clean, large rooms, nice toiletries, etc. Housekeeping gets a special mention from me - we asked that our rooms be cleaned each day during a 3 hour window, which they did.
