1. Also, you will get free wifi only if you are a loyalty member (and it is free to sign up) they also gave us a late check out which we appreciated, in January we had the outdoor hot tub to ourselves several nights in a row so that was really nice and relaxing.

Hospitality from our car to the room on arrival and even helped put smiles back on our faces when we had to check out); the Lobby Coffee/Snack Shop (don't dare walk in grumpy because it won't last as the lady running the place is so full of good cheer you can't help but join her in feeling just great about everything -- including the Starbucks coffee and array of breakfast goodies).

10. Anything we needed, they were willing to try to get for us as well as help us out in any way with restaurants, directions, things to do, etc. Our flight did not leave until 10:00 PM and the hotel allowed us to stay and not check out until 6:00 PM which was so beneficial.
