4. The breakfast options were plentiful, cereal, waffles, fruit, etc. There are several grocery stores nearby, a few fast food places and Starbucks is just down the street.

As we drove down the road heading toward the property, we did not see any family friendly restaurants or other venues- lots of graffiti, lots of noise (maybe it was party season at the University, because there were a lot of people walking around with bottles on the street) and I just didn't get a 'I want to spend the next 4 nights' feeling about it.

10. I definitely would stay here again - once you get to know the streets and turnoffs, it is amazingly easy to get around everywhere quickly.
