1. Great bang for your buck: Newly renovated, clean, large rooms, FREE PARKING (!), nice pool, short walking distance to riverwalk, Alamo, etc. The breakfast area is small and so is the elevator, so get down there EARLY.

10. the hotel was nice and clean, good service, hot breakfast, comfy beds, within walking distance to the alamo, the riverwalk (which includes tons of good places to eat and shop), a huge mall with a movie theater and several more places to grab a quick bite, free parking, nice pool area.
