1. One quirk in the layout was that you had to walk past the laundry room/cleaning HQ between the front desk and guest rooms, not a bad thing, but usually they tend to hide this loud, humid area from guests.

3. I guess my last complaint would be that when leaving the hotel everyday, the laundry room doors were wide open and the inner workings of the hotel`s laundry system were fully visible to the guests.
