3. The hotel was also within walking distance of The Alamo (I recommend you see the IMAX presentation of The Alamo before going to the actual Alamo, you will understand it better), Ripley's Believe it or Not, trolley stops/bus stops.

5. The property is nice and clean like most LaQuintas we have been too, but keep in mind it is not close to the major attractions like the River Walk or The Alamo so plan on a car or taking the trolley system.

7. I saved a lot of money by not being right in the downtown area, but yet it was only a 10-15 minute walk (wear comfortable shoes!) or a $5-6 five-minute taxi ride.

8. The hotel is clean and in an excellent location (within walking distance of the River Walk, Alamo, and Alamo Dome); however, my ability to work while here has been noexistant because of the hotel`s virtual lack of Internet service (I am writing this review on my Blackberry.
