3. THE SERVICE WAS GREAT,WE LIKE THE STAFF AND HOTEL ITSELF BUT THE ROOM AND BED ITSELF WAS UNPLEASANT ESPEACIALLY WHEN I SPENT 750.00 FOR 4 NIGHTS I AM SORRY BUT I WOULD LIKE SOMEWHAT OF A REFUND.

5. Parking is extra, and they do offer valet service but it really wouldn't be worth it as the regular parking lot is right in front of the main entrance.

9. The hotel is clean and in an excellent location (within walking distance of the River Walk, Alamo, and Alamo Dome); however, my ability to work while here has been noexistant because of the hotel`s virtual lack of Internet service (I am writing this review on my Blackberry.
