1. Then the water in the tub/shower and sink was boiling hot at night and then freezing cold in the morning (not even lukewarm) which meant that the three of us took very short showers before leaving for our 7am appointment.

3. The bathroom was dirty, the toilet seat kept sliding every which way which made it difficult to use, the shower curtain had mold on it, the bathtub did not want to drain at all the whole time we were there and there was hair in the tub.
