1. I don't think I am a very picky person but I do feel like one of the basic needs a hotel has to stay on top of (besides clean sheets) is hot water.

3. The two rooms that I checked out on the 4th floor smelled like mold, the rooms are tiny and the bed pillows and sheets seemed to have a slight yellow tint.
