Kai Sheng, General Manager should be very proud of what he has accomplished at Howard Johnson inn, Salem, OR, the place was one of the best organized inns I have stayed at, the breakfast was great , the room was great and impeccability cleaned each and every day I was there, Kai also secured my boarding passes from Southwest for my flight home, there wasn't a time nor did it matter what time is was, Kai was always there to help anyone and everyone who needed his help, many thanks Kai and I will not hesitate to book Howard Johnson Inn, Salem, OR when and I return to Salem ,ORthanks KaiBob Molter.

8. Rooms and common areas were very clean, the staff was extremely helpful and courteous, and the continental breakfast was certainly adequate for the rates.
