4. After 30 minutes of waiting and realizing it wasn't going to heat up no matter how long I gave it, I took the key back and told the desk girls that the sauna didn't work, and I wondered whether the other one might.

6. I don't think they must get much traffic, because on day three when I decided to go in the sauna to try to clear up my allergic sinuses, the first key they gave me to door #2 was totally sticky and had to be forced into the keyhole, and then the sauna didn't heat up at all.
