1. She was agreeing with him when another clerk stood up and said 'No, you'll pay us what you owe us or we'll take you to court and sue you!' My husband then asked the clerk we'd been working with to call her manager back, and he agreed to charge us one nights rate, plus one nights pet fee, for a total of $119.

2. The free breakfast (coupons) at Denny's included with the room rate was filling but took forever, both seating, service @ food, so it didn't help make up for the entire unclean experience even though we were hoping after a not-so-great night at this hotel.

3. All in all, the BW Mill Creek Inn is a nice place to stay,, and is an excellent value (at least at my organization's corporate rate).
