1. He offered to refund our money and let us leave then, but there are no refunds on any unused portion of the stay.

When I contacted the Manager for the area he informed me that he would look into the situation but there was nothing he could do about a discount or refund for the time I had stayed because I had already checked out and they can only offer discounts or refunds prior to check out even though I brought all of this to the General Manager's attention and asked her to do something about it.
