The area
manager
seemed unwilling to correct my stay but offered to give me a discount on any future stay at his motels.

When I contacted the
Manager
for the area he informed me that he would look into the situation but there was nothing he could do about a discount or refund for the time I had stayed because I had already checked out and they can only offer discounts or refunds prior to check out even though I brought all of this to the General
Manager
's attention and asked her to do something about it.

I understand there may be nothing they can do about this, but to have a
manager
call and address the situation would have been nice.
