1. From the well stocked kitchenette, once a week maid service (day of cleaning your choice!), free laundry facilities, small workout area, well kept business center, lending library for DVD's, and, most of all, a friendly front desk staff.

2. My only complain would be that they should put more toilet paper because 3 days with 2 toylet papers for a family of 4 is not enought and that seems you don't get maid service they should maybe add a vacuum to the room specially for the bathroom.
