1. i loved everything about hotel the manager the staff great sense of humor and friendly the place is spotless they have a great workout gym nice laundry room i love my midnight snacks i can get it anytime i wanted just fill out a sheet and paid for it the next day or when u checkout the room is great got a great rest and never wanted to wake up and leave thanks michelle shes one of the staff members there very hard working say hello to her.

2. I locked myself out of my room one night, somehow the security latch closed on my door and I had to wait 3 hours for the maintenance man to start work, the rooms were booked up so I had to wait in the gym and even though alot of people would've been bothered by this waiting (I left my keys, phone, wallet in the room so I was stuck there in my pj's) I didn't mind because I knew there was nothing they could do.
