The staff are great they see to your needs promptly ,my last stay I booked thru expedia to stay here expedia failed to send my stay info to the Hampton Inn now this is how good they are the manager Rosie got on the phone with expedia got my info from them and although it was not their fault upgraded my room ,this is why when I am in Raleigh Nc I always stay here the pool , business room and a nice place to work out in they also have a agreement with a gym across the street where you can go and workout at They also have Breakfast their also come and enjoy a waffle I did.

3. No one ever came to the desk with a bedbug, we don't have a Front Office Manager and no one here would make the statement "We keep our windows shut" because A: Our windows don't open or shut.
