6. i booked a room for $59 a night for a friday night, up front i was told it was a twin bed ,i then called the hampton inn to ask if there was a chance of changing to a queen bed , they told me over the phone no problem just do it at check in, well when i arrived i told the young man at the counter , he told me no i could not have the room i was promised with a queen bed unless i wanted to pay for it ,they had already charged my credit card so i stayed in the small bed, i then called and asked for the code for the internet he kept telling me 4232 , it did not work after 5 calls to the desk he told me try 3242 and yes it worked we were leaving for ocracoke the next morning so i decided to grab a breakfast to go bag, the only problem was they did not have any , the room as small , the service was lousy not very hampton inn like ,but it happens.
