1. The front desk people - all the way to the assistant managers - were polite, friendly, apologetic, kind, helpful, etc. It seemed to us that there was a lack of communication with housekeeping, grounds keepers - especially about overall professionalism and hygiene issues - every time (and I mean every time), we came and left the hotel, folks from the kitchen and housekeeping etc - were sitting right at the doors (not to the side at all), smoking.
