1. The breakfast ladies are absolutely wonderful, they looked overworked and tired, we were there both Saturday & Sunday Morning, and one lady Mable (who I remember from 3 years ago still works here) she remembered me and was very coordial and nice and sat down to talk with me.

Just as a point of reference: we stayed at the Hampton Inn in Florence - lower category, MUCH BETTER SERVICE, CLEANLINESS, ETC., - we also have stayed at the Embassy Suites in Williamsburg - the cleanliness, the professionalism, the breakfast and dinner - outshine this place beyond belief (it is a category 6 according to HH though).
