1. The last day, I requested a late checkout and put the 'Do not disturb' sign on the door--someone knocked and I asked 'Who is it?' multiple times LOUDLY until the cleaning woman actually used her key and came in to find me topless--was not happy with that at all.

2. We were looking forward to the additional starpoints in our account but received the $5 voucher instead- once we returned home we found out that you could have exchanged the voucher at checkout for 500 points credited to your account.
