1. The neighborhood was sketchy, at best, and there were lots of loud people walking the street at all hours due to the many bars and clubs within a one block radius of this hotel.

3. For half the price of staying at the big dog hotels near the Rose Garden, we found this a great value if you are more into the local neighborhood scene than hanging out in your hotel room.
