It looks like the city is trying to improve this area with some boutique shops, etc. Overall, the Eastside lodge is a good option if you're not picky about luxury and just want a decent

I only chose this place because of it's convenient
location
between downtown and an area that we were going to a touring show for.

The room was average, with an odd layout in which the bed partially blocked the bathroom door, but the low price and good
location
made it ideal for our needs.

Great
location
, super price and above all, much more peaceful and quiet than the Jupiter Hotel just down the street.

I specifically asked the desk clerk to give us a quiet room, and he gave us on on the 3rd floor (top floor) which was, in fact, quiet; considering the

of this motel.
