1. Street parking at night is free and generally available very close to the hotel.

2. There are many things I really like about this property that makes me come back:-Parking is convenient (I park on the street for free since I work outside of Portland, I'm usually out of there before 8am when meters begin)-Jacob at the front desk is always so helpful, friendly and efficient.

3. You are walking distance to the pearl district and waterfront and a slightly longer walk, or a short cable car ride, from the excellent shopping on NW 23rd street in the Northwest district.

8. Skip the rip-off hotel parking and either park on the street (spaces are readily available in the evening, and it's free overnight until 8 a.m.) or in the SmartPark municipal garage at 10th and Yamhill, 2 short blocks away.
