1. It was immaculately clean, nicely decorated, easy to find, close to an easy freeway interchange, and had exceptionally courteous and knowledgeable staff.

2. We love the location---walking to our favorite NW Portland Nob Hill district, handy to Hwy 30 to St Helens (where we visit our friends) and to the other freeways as well.
