1. DURING STAY - our room was close to elevator, and we spoke to the desk, Front Desk manager was nice and changed the room to our total satisfaction.

10. The room is big, clean and well maintained, front desk staff is nice, easy to find location,breakfast is the best in my 2 weeks travel, they even have a indoor swimming pool and hot spa.
