The staff offered to have the shuttle pick us up from the airport after we dropped off the rental car that night; we declined since we wanted to go into the city for dinner - The kind young attendant highlighted a map of what train stop we would want to get off at to go into the exact part of the city we were looking to go to - Very helpful indeed.

2. Tuesday nights the hotel brings in a performer ('The Voice') - a one man Frank Sinatra type singer with a taped 'backup band', and offers complimentary finger food and non-alcoholic beverages; a very nice way to take a break from the day before heading out to dinner.

3. I didn't have a car but I needed to meet a friend who was staying at another airport area hotel for dinner, and the hospitality manager actually took me to his hotel, and then came back to pick me up after dinner.

4. We ordered dinner from Round Table pizza which is right down the street from the hotel - excellent - and then swam in the warm pool with the kids and enjoyed the hot tub.
