4. When I called the front desk, they sent someone up but the person (who made it very clear he was not a member of the housekeeping staff) was very reluctant to do anything other than replace the towels until my wife insisted that the bed be made and the room cleaned up.

6. This hotel is mostly up to Hampton Inn standards: clean, modern, quiet (no airport noise), good breakfast buffet and friendly front desk, buffet and housekeeping staff.

8. There are plenty of lounge chairs around the pool, and you can use towels from your room or ask for extra towels from housekeeping.

9. In fact, it took hours to get housekeeping to come for the smoke smell and all they did was spray febreeze (which didn`t work for long) and they wouldn`t even leave the bottle with us.
