1. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom clean & spacious.

2. When I called the front desk, they sent someone up but the person (who made it very clear he was not a member of the housekeeping staff) was very reluctant to do anything other than replace the towels until my wife insisted that the bed be made and the room cleaned up.
